By creating an account or using CrewLeads ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "CrewLeads" refers to the platform operated by Rider Painting Inc ("Company", "we", "us").
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use CrewLeads. The Service is intended for professional use by trade contractors and their businesses.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@getcrewleads.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use CrewLeads only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Lead data provided through the Service is sourced from public records, permitted building data, and licensed third-party datasets. We make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy. You are solely responsible for how you use lead data and for compliance with applicable laws (including privacy, telephone, and email marketing laws).
CrewLeads and all related software, designs, and content are the property of Rider Painting Inc. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LEAD DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDER PAINTING INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF CREWLEADS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your access ends and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
